1. General Return & Refund Conditions

Eligibility Window: You may request a return or refund for your Kewe Energy Drink purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of Purchase: All returns and refund requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed Kewe Energy Drink cans or packs unless the product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you are returning an unopened, undamaged product, it must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards

Merchandise (e.g., apparel, bottles, hats) that has been worn, used, washed, or is not in its original, resalable condition.

Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly for their refund policy).

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Kewe Energy Drink products arrive damaged or are defective, we are committed to making it right.

Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your product is damaged or defective.

Required Evidence: Please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect (e.g., crushed cans, leaking cans, foreign objects, or clear quality issues). This helps us improve our packaging and quality control.

Resolution: Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will, at our discretion, offer:

A full refund for the affected products.

A replacement shipment of the affected products at no additional cost.

A credit towards a future purchase.

Do not dispose of the damaged product until instructed by our customer service team, as we may arrange for its return or further inspection.

3. Order Issues (Wrong Item, Missing Item)

4. Change of Mind / Unopened Product Returns
While we encourage you to try Kewe Energy Drink with confidence, if you wish to return an unopened, undamaged product due to a change of mind:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the unopened product.

Refund Amount: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product, minus any original shipping costs.

7. Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the refund process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Patreon & Subscription-Based Pledges
For pledges or subscriptions made via our "Kewe Energy Drink Official" Patreon page:

Refund policies for recurring pledges are governed by Patreon's platform terms. Please manage your pledge directly through your Patreon account settings.

For one-time founding supporter pledges that include physical rewards, our refund policy as outlined above applies to the physical product component (e.g., damaged cans, incorrect merchandise). The foundational support aspect of the pledge is generally non-refundable once the benefits of that tier (e.g., digital access, special recognition) have been granted or initiated.
